Coming from a family of educators, Beatrice began her teaching journey as a Teach For Malaysia Fellow, where she discovered her passion for transforming learning experiences. Prior to joining Thesis, she served as Project Lead for Classroom Adventures, developing gamified toolkits on financial literacy and sustainability that reached nearly 10,000 learners across Malaysia. She also worked with R.ED to empower refugee children through Bloom classes and entrepreneurship initiatives.

Ghazlina is a dedicated educator and advocate for education equity, with extensive experience in teaching, curriculum development, and educational leadership. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Management from Heriot-Watt University Malaysia.
Having witnessed the stark disparities in educational access and opportunities between schools located just kilometres apart, Ghazlina developed a deep commitment to bridging these gaps. Throughout her journey as an educator, she co-founded initiatives such as Olidas to promote student well-being and social-emotional awareness, and implemented literacy interventions that improved learning outcomes for underserved students.
Prior to joining Thesis, Ghazlina served in leadership roles at Teach For Malaysia, where she worked alongside educators and changemakers to advance quality education for all children in Malaysia. She brings this same passion and commitment into her role as a Homeroom Teacher, creating meaningful learning experiences where every child feels seen, challenged, and empowered.
Josephine is a trained educator with a Bachelor of Education (Hons), a dual degree in TESL and Guidance & Counselling, as well as a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
She has taught across primary year levels in international school settings, including as a homeroom teacher following the British National Curriculum and as an EAL teacher supporting multilingual learners in both primary and secondary.
Over the past several years, she has developed strong skills in classroom behaviour management, creative lesson design, and the use of educational technology focused on making learning engaging and accessible for every child. Additionally, she is experienced in contributing to co-curricular programmes, school musicals, and professional learning events.

Malar is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience supporting learners of all ages. Driven by a passion for lifelong learning, she founded and managed her own learning centre, where she taught preschool, primary, and secondary students, as well as learners preparing for IELTS and IGCSE English examinations.
In addition to her educational background, Malar brings valuable experience in human resources, administration, and business management. Her diverse professional journey has equipped her with strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, allowing her to connect meaningfully with students, families, and colleagues.
